| Coloured Belt Grading The next coloured belt grading will be on December 20th. If Mr O'Neill has agreed that you should grade you need to hand in your envelope by Tuesday 15th December at the latest. As the grading is after we have broken up for the Christmas break please ensure that we have a contact telephone number so that Mr O'Neill can telephone you with the result - otherwise you will have to wait until January! |
| Doboks & Sparring
Equipment If you have any outgrown doboks or sparring equipment in good condition they can be advertised on this site and the notice board free of charge. Please give details to Chris or Sue. Please note - any transaction is between the individuals concerned and the club accepts no responsibility and will not get involved in any disputes. |
| St Albans Fitness
Sessions The fitness sessions will now only be on Wednesdays at 7.45pm after training which will start at 6.45pm. There is a small extra charge for these sessions. All welcome. On Monday there will be training only at 7.45pm |
