St Albans Training

For the present time there is
no Tae Kwon-Do
training at our St Albans
club.
It will be resuming, with a different instructor at
a different venue - details to follow.
The
circuit training sessions at St Albans will
continue and of course Tae Kwon-Do training is still
on at
Hemel Hempstead on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
