Turkey Buster For those who may over indulge at Christmas there is a two hour fitness & sparring session at Francis Combe School in Watford on Sunday the 27th between 12 noon and 2pm. Cost £6. |

C K Choi Seminar Grandmaster C K Choi (9th Degree) is holding a number of seminars for the TAGB early in 2010. Each seminar is 1 1/2 hours long and will cost £30. They are open to anyone aged 12 and over and there will be two sessions on each date, one for all colour belts (yellow and above) and one for all black belts. C K Choi is one of the pioneers of Tae Kwon Do and has never before conducted seminars in this country - it is a rare opportunity and places are limited so please apply early.
